Responsibilities & Context
A Concern of Micro Fibre Group
- Manage and oversee all electrical and utility-related operations in the knit composite garments factory.
- Develop and implement electrical maintenance and utility management strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Supervise a team of electrical technicians and utility staff, providing leadership and guidance.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and utility equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot electrical and utility-related issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electrical and utility operations.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Manage the procurement of electrical and utility equipment and spare parts.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize utility usage and improve overall efficiency.
- Prepare and manage the department’s budget.
