- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience
- 10 to 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of all electrical systems including substations, generators, transformers, panels, UPS, and power distribution.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and ensure minimal downtime and rapid fault resolution.
- Lead electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning of new projects and expansions.
- Review electrical drawings, load calculations, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Utility, and Production teams.
- Monitor power consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives and ensure Optimize generator usage and manage load balancing.
- Ensure compliance with energy audit recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with BNBC, BERC, BPDB, and local electrical authority regulations.
- Implement electrical safety systems, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and PPE compliance.
- Conduct safety training and risk assessments.
- Lead whole electrical team including engineers, technicians, and electricians
- Manage contractors and vendors; evaluate work quality and performance.
- Plan manpower, tools, and spare parts inventory.
