Responsibilities & Context

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, focusing on meeting targeted revenue. This involves setting goals, identifying key market segments, and determining how to approach these markets.

Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential client needs in the power plant, RMG, oil and gas, construction project, pharmaceutical area, civil, electrical, and fire safety sectors.

Ensure to get registered with International Buyers like Nike, Addidas, Walmart, Zara, LEVIS as well as ACCORD requirements.

Identify and pursues new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored service offerings.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure continued business and client satisfaction, managing client accounts and addressing any issues or opportunities that arise.

Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the company’s service offerings and benefits, tailored to client needs and concerns.

Negotiates terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively, ensuring both competitive pricing and value for the client.

Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and forecasts to Business Unit Head on sales performance and market trends.

Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure that client requirements are met and that services are delivered efficiently.

Gathering client feedback to inform the development and improvement of services, ensuring the offerings continue to meet market demands and client expectations.

Identify areas for innovation and improvement within the service offerings. Lead initiatives to enhance the quality, efficiency, and competitiveness of the assessment services.

Ensure that all assessment services comply with relevant industry standards and regulations, maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Your monthly sales target will be BDT 1.00 million and will be revised as per budget planning.

Candidates will get preference who have experience in related to TIC (Testing Inspection and Certification) industry.

Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.
