Responsibilities & Context
- To plan project and prepare estimate, proposal/offer, project schedule and procurement schedule.
- Having leadership quality to supervise the project work and attend the day-to-day issues at sites
- Address client requirement, safety-security requirement, Crisis & Grievance/conflict management etc.
- Liaison with head office management and sites.
- Preparation daily report, monthly report, project completion reports etc.-capable to study drawing and designs.
- Direct/command/influence on person/team and evaluate the performance of individuals.
- Intention to train colleagues and to develop personal growth opportunities.
- Problem Solving and time & priority management.
