Requirements
Education
Graduation or master’s degree from any reputed UGC approved university with satisfactory academic track record. Degree in CSE, EEE, ECE or related IT field is preferred
Experience

Additional Requirements
At least 7-8 years of relevant work-experience in a reputed organization or Bank and financial institute
Along with Network and Security device administration, Troubleshooting + System administration skill/experience is preferred (Linux, Scripting, Ansible, Virtualization, Automation)
Certifications in relevant area is encouraged
Knowledge/expertise on SDN, SDWAN to design and integrate
Knowledge/expertise on Network and OS virtualization
Candidates should possess User Centricity and can-do attitude
Should be proactive on problem solving, user issue handling
Self-propelled, expert in customer-centricity, team player, and capability to meet deadlines

BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in Technology Division:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Network Infrastructure Plan and Operation for Data Center/DR, Campus, Regional Network
Network Security Device (Firewall, IPS) Operation for Data Center/DR
Operation and maintenance of Proxy, DNS, TACACS, VPN OTP/2FA, Backup systems
Configure and maintain logical security posture of the network infrastructure which includes hardening of networking protocols, traffic-flow
Responsible for maintaining the daily operations of all network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, access control servers and other related equipment.
Monitor and analyze network performance across the organization’s LAN, WAN and WLAN
Test, evaluate, and recommend new and emerging technologies for consideration and adoption into the enterprise environment; lead the implementation of new technologies and procedures for technology systems
Responsible for evaluation and implementation of networking device upgrades and security related updates
Provides Tier 3 support for escalated service desk tickets following established protocols and mentorship to Network Engineer I/II
Technical writing like preparing SOP, documenting changes, preparing and updating network diagrams
Sincerely follow functional procedure of internal as well as Bangladesh Bank & ISO standard
Preparing different operational reports and track
OEM and vendor coordination
