Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Freight Management Systems, Shipping Liners’ WEB Based Software, E-Mail Writing.
Fluently Good communication skill in English. (Speaking & Writing)

Identify and develop new business opportunities in air and sea freight services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and overseas agents.
Prepare and negotiate competitive freight quotations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
Actively achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Attend client meetings and presentations to promote the company’s services.
Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
Ensure excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns professionally.
Monitor and improve operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as on-time delivery, transit times, cost per shipment, and customer satisfaction.
