Requirements

Education

• Masters

• Masters/MBA major in Accounting/Finance from any recognized university/Institution
• CA-CC, CA / ACCA partially qualified.

Responsibilities & Context

• Plan, execute, and oversee comprehensive factory audits.
• Lead reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and inventory management.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in inventory, production, and financial records.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, Process & Systems with factory operations.
• Identify inefficiencies, fraud risks, and areas of improvement & Report to Division chief.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless audit processes & to maintain data integrity.
• Ensure complete, accurate & timely audit information & report to Division chief.
• Factory fixed asset management, Wastage, Scrap monitoring.
• Prepare construction materials measurement as per specifications, rate analysis & help to cost reduction.
• Ensure effectiveness of daily labour management & Bill checking & Actual amount submission to payment.
• Review the inventory taking schedule quarterly, half yearly, yearly & ensure proper inventory management.
• Provide training and guidance on internal control requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations to Division chief.
• Present findings to Division chief and follow up on corrective actions.
• Recommend actionable solutions to enhance operational and financial processes.
• To ensure the reconciliation as per the requirements.
• Keep himself up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in internal auditing and risk management.
• Any task assigned by the management.
