Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee daily operations of the feed mill.
- Supervise and manage the production team, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
- Monitor and manage feed formulation to ensure consistency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all feed products meet quality and safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely sourcing of raw materials.
- Maintain and improve preventive maintenance programs for equipment.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying areas for optimization.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
