Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

𝐒𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧* – A *one-stop beauty parlour exclusively for ladies, serving clients since **April 2006, is looking for a **Female Manager* to lead operations and ensure excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless service.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Handle inventory and supplier coordination.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract more clients.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints.
• Monitor financial performance and control costs.
