Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking

• ACA / CA partly qualified will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context

• Compile and present various financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses, tailored to meet specific bank requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data for loan applications, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with banks to provide all necessary documents, such as financial statements, contracts, and credit histories, to support loan applications and renewals.
• Ensure timely submission of accurate and complete documentation, addressing any queries or requirements from the banks.
• Collect bank statements and vouchers for reconciliation and reporting purposes.
• Open new bank accounts as required by the company.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with banking regulations during account setup.
• Gather all necessary documents and information for sales invoice preparation.
• Calculate and prepare accurate sales invoices based on contract terms and sales agreements.
• Prepared required documents for BG, PG, APG, and Create BG, PG, APG from Bank.
• Responsible for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing budgets to preparation of accurate and comprehensive organizational financial plans.
• Responsible for calculating and analyzing the cost of products/project assessing material, labor, and overhead expenses to support pricing decisions and profitability analysis.
• Responsible for preparing, monitoring, and analyzing budgets and various financial data to support strategic decision-making, improve cost-efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
