- Age At most 40 years
- Ability to independently complete the accounting of a shipping agency company and prepare financial statements.
- Ability to independently handle tax filing.
- Ability to review processes and contracts.
- Under 40 years old, with more than 2 years of independent financial work experience
- Leadership and team management capability
- Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is preferred

Job Description:
Finance：
- Responsible for daily operational accounting, ensuring books are balanced daily and settled monthly. Prepare monthly income statement and balance sheet, and complete monthly tax filing.
- Responsible for weekly updates on cash balances and cash plans, and monthly reporting on accounts receivable status.
- Responsible for reviewing expense reimbursement requests.
- Responsible for compiling contract signing and execution status of business departments and reporting to headquarters finance.
- Responsible for entering and maintaining company system data, and submitting to the General Manager for review.
- Coordinate with headquarters finance on other tasks as assigned.
Commercial:
- Responsible for controlling the effective date of overseas company contracts (through commercial seal and countersignature)
- Responsible for reviewing contract content / compliance with delegated authority (authorization matrix)
- Responsible for the archiving and preservation of all contracts, agreements, and commercial correspondence involving payments or receipts.
