Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for handling Finishing Unit independently ensuring shipment target with desired quality.
- Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on time shipment.
- Maintain company SOP regarding loading- unloading, style wise update, trims and fabric in house.
- Have to Maintain close relation with Production & Cutting for on time shipment.
- Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.
- Maintain Local Law, Factory Compliance & Buyer COC properly.
- Maintain floor discipline and Compliance Issue.
- Demonstrate strong production leadership and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Follow up on shipment plans, meet packing targets, and quickly balance finishing lines when required.
- Ensuring 100% Compliance at finishing operation during production as well as audit. ensuring proper housekeeping & compliance in every aspect of customer visit or factory management visit.
- Monitor individual worker performance and optimize manpower allocation for quality outcomes.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
