Responsibilities & Context
- Analyze the product and prepare for finishing feeding to get the right quality first time.
- Monitor and control finishing quality system
- Inspects machinery to detect malfunction and directs repair or replacement parts
- Follow up day to day target work
- Act as the coordinator among the different departments for ensuring continual production
- Act as a team leader for betterment of product, process, resources as well as environment
- Make a good plan to finish the product by considering urgency, smooth running of production line as well as production nature discussing with production manager
- Control and monitor overall finishing
- Coordination with quality control section and finishing section for any kind of fault is generating during processing
