Fire Safety & Rescue Training certification is required.
Strong understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 22000, BNBC, Fire Prevention Act.
Experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, and fire safety audits.
Candidates with hands-on experience in fire prevention, hazard control, and compliance audits.
In-depth knowledge of fire hydrant systems, drills, and emergency protocols.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with fire safety standards and industrial regulations.
Crisis management and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle large-scale, multi-unit operations.

Responsibilities & Context

Prepare all safety standards, reports & documentation regarding fire safety issue including fire evacuation plan and procedure.
Ensure fire Safety & Electrical Safety for the workplace areas as per Accord/Alliance Standard & Guideline (NFPA).
Fire & Safety- FADS (Installation, Maintenance & Operation)Establish the requirement and responsibilities for Preventive, Routine and Condition based installation, maintenance and operation of FADS to ensure that the works are done as per NFPA/BNBC/RSC Technical Guidelines and proper documentation is the main objective of the position.
Served Installation and erection of fire Sprinkler, Fire Hydrant & Fire alarm System.
Commissions and maintenance of Bus-bar Trucking System, Fire Detection & Alarm System, Fire protection System, Fire Hydrant system, Evaporative cooling & Ventilation system.
Monitoring Fire Fighting & Rescue team and to conduct external & internal fire related training.
Monitor / supervise the electrical/ power cables / loose wires properly placed and to take remedial measures immediately with Proper channel.
Monitor and ensure that facility of fire hydrant, fire pumps & fire detection system are adequate and are working properly.
Supervise the installation, maintenance of fire alarm, protection & detection system of the factor, ensure the hydrant systems, detection systems, sprinkler systems, fire pumps systems, fire control room systems, etc. are fully functional and maintained as per the RSC standard, NFPA & BNBC Rules.
Plan, prepare, execute and maintain a fully functional and effective fire safety management system as per NFPA & BNBC Standard.
Inspection, testing, auditing & maintenance of fire alarm system as per NFPA & BNBC.
Monitor and report the needful of fire control panel (system warnings, supervisory & troubleshoot) and PA system.
Fire safety plan and Checklist by following NFPA / BNBC/ACCORD / Alliance guidelines.
Schedule Maintenance and Ensure Proper Troubleshooting of the Fire Pump (Diesel, Electrical, and Jockey), CFDS, and fire door system.
Draw a Work Plan, Guide and Supervise the Fire Safety Team, and conduct training for fire safety, firefighting, and other relevant teams regularly.
Maintenance of FADS & its interfacing with SUPS.
Maintenance of Suppression Systems (SUPS) & Sprinkler System when necessary.
Maintenance of Fire Doors, Emergency and Exit Lighting systems, etc.
Site visit as per schedule.
Ensure weekly/Monthly / Yearly Schedule maintenance of FADS.
Ensure weekly/Monthly / Yearly Schedule maintenance of SUPS where necessary.
Ensure weekly/Monthly / Yearly Schedule maintenance of Fire Doors.
Follow up the Project Installation & Implementation works at the Factory.
Verify and forward the requirements/ Requisition as per RSC TG/BNBC/NFPA to Procurement Team through Technical Manager and follow-up.
Attend to RSC/Elevate/Social/Buyer audits as per schedule.
Follow up Vendor works, Maintain liaison with Factory management and vendors to expedite the works.
Find out the Risks, assess, and inform the Senior and the factory to minimize the same.
Solve the technical troubles as necessary.
Prepare design, drawing and necessary documents for RSC/Elevate as necessary.
Any other works from Technical manager.
