- Comprehensive fire and safety certifications.
- Proven track record of managing fire safety initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience working with the Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a culture of safety among employees.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures to meet compliance standards.
- Conduct regular fire risk assessments and safety audits to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with the Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense to enhance fire safety measures.
- Trained and educate staff on fire safety protocols and emergency response plans.
- Maintain up-to-date fire safety certifications and ensure the company adheres to local and international safety regulations.
