Job Summary:
K Resort is a sister concern of Apex DMIT Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train & supervise restaurant staff members
- Make & manage employee schedule to ensure enough staff during busy times
- Provide coaching to improve waiter’s performance
- Ensure prompt, polite & effective service to clients
- Address customer complaints & concerns quickly & professionally
- Maintain daily restaurant operations, including opening & closing procedures
- Keep track of inventory & order supplies to maintain the right stock levels
- Ensure health & safety regulations & cleaning standards
- Ensure the quality of food & presentation
- Conduct regular inspections on quality management
- Maintain restaurant budget, including revenue projections & expense controls
