Education

  • Masters of Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or related field.

Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales role within the fruits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in coordinating with third-party vendors for logistics and supply chain management.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed.
  • At least 5 years of progressive sales experience in the fresh Fruits.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, experience with Customer Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Inventory Control Systems is a must.

Responsibilities & Context

We’re looking to  experienced Manager for sales to our new expanding Fresh fruits division. In this role, your mission is to sell large volumes of internationally imported Fresh fruits commodities to our domestic customers. This job is all about achieving and exceeding sales targets by hitting the phones, creating new clients, and aggressively pushing Apples, Pears, Grape, Orange and more.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Wholesaler, retailers and sellers of fruits in the assigned Area.
  • Build and Lead a sales team, train them and align them in delivering targets for product groups across seasons.
  • Must have liaison with corporate customer who are interested to import fruits item.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to facilitate order taking and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies tailored to the needs of retailers.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Identify and communicate customer and market trends to anticipate and take advantage of market trends in a rapidly changing market. Responsible for customer engagements.
  • Any other Task when assigned by Management.
