- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles and layout techniques
- Knowledge of print and production processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Passion for sports and familiarity with sports apparel trends
- Strong ability to write and verbally communicate effectively in English.
Responsibilities & Context
- The Graphic Manager is responsible for overseeing the design and development of visual graphics for a sports apparel company.
- Working closely with the design and sales teams, the Graphic Manager ensures that all visual materials align with the company’s brand image and objectives.
- Key responsibilities include managing the graphic design process from concept to completion, maintaining brand standards, conducting trend research, leading a team of designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- The Graphic Manager also reviews and approves final designs, and ensures high-quality output.
