• Must have 10-12 years of operational experience in a Group of Company, NGO or other reputed organization, including minimum 5 years experience as related designation.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Planning, Organizing and Managing of Admin Operation, Legal Compliance / Code of Conduct, Organization Development / Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development.
• Willing to visit & stay at project site.
• Self-driven, good communication & leadership skill, innovative attitude, problem solving and decision-making skills with capability to work in teams Must be pro-active, self-motivated, and a good Team Leader.
• Must have competency in Computer work in English & Bangali (MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Bijoy 52), E-mail and Internet.
• Candidates living near Uttara will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context

One of the leading Group of Company in Bangladesh is looking for Manager (Group Operations) who develop new method of work systems to provide a competitive & effective service always for its business operation and growth.

• Execute tasks by coordinating with departments for QC, Maintenance, Admin, Store & Dispatch along with other respective departments.
• Prepare production plans daily weekly, and monthly basis.
• Needs to check and monitor on-hand order vs raw material state on a daily basis.
• Ensure that productions are properly balanced for target output.
• Ensure floor, machinery are neat and clean as per rules.
• As a leader, he inspires the unit’s employees for better works, better motivation.
• Organize daily MDI (pre-production meetings or pre-production activities) to discuss related issues and ensure company goal or targets.
• Monitors daily, and monthly targets so that the production target is achieved as per plan.
• Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of production wastage like rejection, alteration, overcutting, overproduction, and extra hours of work.
• Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.
• Perform any other assignment given by the Management.
