Additional Requirements

At least 10 to 15 years experience in a large industrial/manufacturing complex is mandatory.

Be responsible for Technical and Maintenance related works under Nabil Industrial park.

Supervising and leading all maintenance process and operations in a systematic way.

Maintaining all machineries to ensure smooth and standard production.

Planning and managing all mechanical repair and installation related activities.

Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.

Prepare and submit maintenance budget as required.

Manage and overseeing equipment stock and placing new order for new supplies as and when required.

Maintain work health and Environment (EHS) policy with a systematic process.

Find out hazard and ensure compliance according to ISO standards.

10. Ensure an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

Any other relevant task assigns by the Management.
