Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a Hospital manager who can hanlde all of the department of a hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily administrative works.

• Ensure smooth service delivery to patients.

• Maintain employee attendance & leave record.

• Prepare duty roster/work schedules of staff.

• Devise and implement administrative plans and policies.

• Ensure prompt supply of medical and office equipment.

• Monitor staff’s performance.

• Address quires of patients & resolve their issues.

• Ensure a patient-friendly environment and monitor quality of services.

• Assist All the Seniors in the Hospital & do all administrative functions properly.

• Perform any other task assigned by the authority.

• Work Station: Eurolab & Hospital, Kamarpara, Turag, Dhaka.
