Master’s degree in Hospitality Management/Hotel Management/F&B Production or related major along with 08 years’ experience in the Hospitality Management or relevant professional area.

Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities & Context

Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute and Hospital (IIEI&H) has been known for about 65 years and is the largest multispecialty eye hospital in Bangladesh. The emphasis is on quality eye healthcare services for all socio-economic sections of society. We ensure continuous quality improvement by pursuing research and constant endeavor. We are currently looking for energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic person for the following position to assist the Head of the Department:

Manager, Hospitality Services

Major Responsibilities:

Assist to ensure all hospitality services (e.g., food and beverage, patient and guest services, housekeeping, store,) run efficiently. This includes managing daily operations, coordinating staff, and overseeing the provision of services.

Continuously assessing the patient and guest experience and implementing changes to enhance it. This may involve conducting surveys, gathering feedback, and implementing suggestions.

Ensuring that patients, staffs and guests have a positive experience of the hospitality services.

Assist for recruiting, training, and managing staff to ensure that they provide high-quality service.

Assist to prepare budgets for different departments within Hospitality Services, ensuring cost control, and achieving financial goals.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the hospitality services. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and hospitality industry standards.

Record keeping and tracking daily inventory for efficient inventory management/store management.

Assist on planning, coordinating and organizing official events, meetings and seminars according to the requirement of the management.

Working closely with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance, food services) to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.

Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise, whether operational, staffing, or guest-related, quickly and efficiently.

Assist to prepare regular reports for management on track of performance metrics, financial reports, guest feedback, and operational issues.
