Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
  • University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,Rajshahi University students will get preference

Experience

  • 7 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Textile, Group of Companies, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Candidate must be able to 5 years’ experienced dyeing & spinning factory.
  • Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office and IT-related areas.
  • Enthusiastic to learn and honesty is must.
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good team player, well-organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Dyeing & Spinning Unit – HR & Admin
  • To assist the functional Head of HR & Compliance / Superior Authority for establishing, developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate Management System of the Company by following updated Labor Law, Employees’ Code of Conduct, Attendance, Leave and Disciplinary Management System of the Company.
  • To maintain Personnel Files, Office Files, Deeds, Documents etc. in appropriate manner.
  • Prepare a complete employee database containing all necessary information·
  • Provide support in training & development.
  • Provide support in conducting Recruitment & Selection of employees.
  • Facilitate the process of the end year performance assessment.
  • Development & implementation of HRIS & HR related policies.
  • Physically visiting in workstation and realizing the actual skill requirements of manpower.
  • Drafting different kind of official letter like, show cause, warning letter, inquiry letter etc.
  • Ensuring a smooth relationship between management and staff & workers. Mitigating any conflict/Grievance handling in consultation with management.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.
