  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in RMG Sector.
  • Smart, energetic and willing to work under pressure.
  • Ability to make correspondence independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Well conversant in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong Knowledge with MS office and other basic software.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Managing all HR operations of the company including compensation, training, compliance, HR Information Systems, talent management, performance management, manpower planning etc.
  • Develop, implement, review and evaluate the organization’s HR Strategy across the company.
  • Monitor & ensure strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures.
  • Ensure our factory employees comply with the necessary health, hygiene & Environmental safety regulations and practices.
  • Look after Industrial and Employee Relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
  • Monitor Salary & Wages Administration.
  • Ensure all policies are complied with Labor Laws and Company Rules & Regulations.
  • Design, implement and review training programs to meet specific department needs. Work closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role, assist line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures.
  • Arrange & coordinate meetings, check meeting minutes and ensure the distribution of the meeting minutes to all concerned.
  • Well experienced about disciplinary action procedure.
  • Good knowledge about workers final settlement procedure.
  • Lead the HR team with proper assignment distribution, co-ordination, co-operation & follow up.
  • Ensure social aspects-working conditions, labor standards & human rights.
  • Ensure preparation of In-house training plan.
