Responsibilities & Context
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within the company.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-potential candidates.
- Coordinate with universities, job fairs, and other channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
2. Employee Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation sessions and necessary documentation.
- Ensure new employees feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture from day one.
3. Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and create tailored programs.
- Employee Monitoring & Relations:
- Serve as a mediator in resolving conflicts and grievances among employees, promoting a harmonious work environment.
- Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and foster a sense of belonging.
- Liaison between the top management and departmental heads and keeping up date information to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and monitoring service staff activities like cleaners, Peon, Driver, Security & other non-management staff activities.
- Manage HR and administrative departmental functions, including office timing, leave management, grievance management, and disciplinary functions.
5. HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and Implement Human Resources Management Strategies to achieve the goal and objectives.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Time-to-Fill Ratio: Measure the efficiency of recruitment processes by tracking the time taken to fill vacant positions.
- Employee Turnover Rate: Monitor and reduce employee turnover through effective retention strategies.Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs on employee performance and skill development.
- Employee Satisfaction Survey Results: Regularly conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulations, with zero instances of non-compliance.
