Responsibilities & Context
We are one of the leading conglomerates in the garments industry of Bangladesh, is looking for suitable candidate for our factory, located at Shirir Chala, Bhabanipur, Gazipur Sadar, Gazipur. Having the confidence to handle the factory HR without any issues.
Prepare and implement HR policies and procedures as per management guidelines.
Prepare HR budget, Manpower budget, Manpower planning as per requirement.
Develop, implement, follow up & review employees JD &KPI annually.
Develop and implement effective performance management system.
Design & implement reward system.
Monitor Disciplinary actions & effectiveness departmental enquiry & grievance
Follow up employee’s compensation & benefits.
Manage & oversee Talent Acquisition process within scheduled deadline.
Ensure appropriate employee on Boarding program are managed well.
Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues.
Ensure all HR Services tasks are done on time and without interruption.
