Education

• Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Masters / MBA in any Discipline with PGD in HRM is required.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 Years proven experience in Hospital Administration.
• The applicants should have experience in Private Hospital / Clinic Management.

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience (Private Hospital / Clinic Management).
• Should have sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Knowledge of HR systems and database.
• Ability to develop business solutions based upon facts / data analytics.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure the hospital compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, laws and ethical standards.
• Communicate with regulatory agencies and keep the hospital in compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor hospital safety programs, such as infection control, fire safety and emergency response plans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Assist and enhance the HR team’s efficiency and competency.
• Develop organizational strategies by identifying and addressing HR issues, contributing to strategic thinking, and aligning HR objectives with company policies.
• Manage HR operations including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance appraisal.
• Motivate staff and maintain pleasant relations between workers and management.
• Develop and update the company organogram, SOP, and overall manpower planning.
• Prepare and implement recruitment plans to support talent sourcing and timely hiring.
• Responsible for attracting & select right talent & retain talent and employee branding.
• Knowledge on change Management, Lead cultural enhancement & Employee recreation program.
• Knowledge on organizational Employee relations & payroll Management.
• Promote a positive work environment to boost staff morale and productivity
