Education

Experience

  • 3 to 7 years

  • Practical experience in food and beverage industries.
  • Should have clear knowledge on fast food, Chinese, Italian & multi cuisine.

Responsibilities & Context

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Job postings: Writing and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Talent acquisition: Sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Onboarding: Facilitating the hiring process, including document collection, orientation, and training for new employees.
  • Employee retention: Implementing strategies to keep employees satisfied, motivated, and engaged.

Employee Relations

  • Conflict resolution: Addressing employee grievances and disputes.
  • Employee engagement: Ensuring employees are motivated and feel connected to the organization.
  • Counseling: Offering advice or support to employees on personal and work-related issues.
  • Workplace culture: Promoting a positive work environment and maintaining organizational culture.

Compensation and Benefits

HR & Admin Combined Responsibilities

Policy Development and Implementation

  • Developing and enforcing company policies related to HR and administration, such as leave policies, dress code, conduct standards, etc.

Technology and Systems Management

  • Implementing and maintaining HR and administrative software (e.g., payroll systems, HRIS, attendance systems).
  • Managing internal communication tools and ensuring smooth IT infrastructure for administrative needs.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Collecting and analyzing HR and administrative data (e.g., employee turnover, attendance, expenses).
  • Reporting on HR metrics like employee performance, retention rates, and recruitment success.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensuring compliance with national and local laws related to employment, health and safety, and administrative practices.
  • Staying updated on changes in laws and regulations that impact HR and admin operations
