Education

Experience

    Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Furniture Manufacturer

Responsibilities & Context

HR Management: 

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development processes.
  • Manage payroll, leave, and employee performance appraisals.
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Administrative Leadership: 

  • Supervise daily administrative operations, including office management and logistics.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office infrastructure, facilities, and utilities.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Oversee vendor management, procurement, and inventory control.

Strategic Support:

  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR and administrative functions with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze and address HR trends and challenges to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on HR and administrative activities for management review.
