Responsibilities & Context
HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development processes.
- Manage payroll, leave, and employee performance appraisals.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Administrative Leadership:
- Supervise daily administrative operations, including office management and logistics.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office infrastructure, facilities, and utilities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Oversee vendor management, procurement, and inventory control.
Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR and administrative functions with organizational objectives.
- Analyze and address HR trends and challenges to improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports on HR and administrative activities for management review.
