PGDHRM is Preferable.

Responsibilities & Context
- Overall responsible for Human Recourse Department
- To ensure daily HR & Admin routine activities in the company.
- To ensure all data records and prepare in relation to recruitment & selection, wages, and allowances.
- To ensure the employee’s Personal file with all related papers.
- Performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
- Develop company’s HR strategy, policy and practices and ensure that these policies are understood and applied fairly.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management
- Drafting various reports and letters, notes, etc. as per management instructions.
- Process payroll and resolve any identifying.
- Assist to prepare training and development plans for Employees and Support Stuffs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes Administrative Management
- Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
- Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
