Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Management (MBM) in Human Resource Management

PGDHRM is Preferable.

Experience

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  IT Enabled Service, Importer

Responsibilities & Context

• Overall responsible for Human Recourse Department
• To ensure daily HR & Admin routine activities in the company.
• To ensure all data records and prepare in relation to recruitment & selection, wages, and allowances.
• To ensure the employee’s Personal file with all related papers.
• Performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
• Develop company’s HR strategy, policy and practices and ensure that these policies are understood and applied fairly.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management
• Drafting various reports and letters, notes, etc. as per management instructions.
• Process payroll and resolve any identifying.
• Assist to prepare training and development plans for Employees and Support Stuffs.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes Administrative Management
• Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
• Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
