Additional Requirements

Responsible for overseeing all Admin & HR related functions.
Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit.
Responsible for Vehicle Management.
Responsible for all kinds of reports, agreement, deed, meeting minutes & circular.
Ensure company’s all kinds of License/ Agreement/ Deed etc.
Manage & monitor employee’s health, safety & environmental issues in the entire Office & factory premises.
Liaise with local and national institutions including local police and law enforcing agencies.
To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and prepare and take necessary action deemed to be appropriate.
Handling Employee Grievance & Disciplinary Actions.
Provide compliance training to the concern employee as and when required on compliance issues.
Responsible for Fire Drill Training/First Aid Training/Rescue Training, etc.
Assess compliance with all regulations governing hazardous waste transportation, chemical hazards, storage and disposal.
Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment.
Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Identify and implement cost-effective HR practices.
Must have the mindset to adapt to the corporate office and Factory environment.
Must have the ability to mange the manpower working in the production department·
Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required
