Proven experience as HR manager.

Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, job posting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.

Establish the HR team, systems, and processes at WellMed in accordance with our Group Standards.
Develop safety guidelines for factory and warehouse workers to ensure a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and certifications such as ISO 13485 , BSCI, and others.
Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Assist factory management in creating work plans and shift schedules for workers.
Develop training programs for workers and staff to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality awareness.
Monitor employee performance and support career path development.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the company.
Partner with management to align strategic HR goals with business initiatives.
Organize and manage various factory audits to meet customer social, environmental, technical, and quality requirements.
Ensure job descriptions are current and compliant with local and other relevant regulations.
Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and resolve them effectively.
Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices to keep the organization competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
