Responsibilities & Context
- Overseeing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations.
- Collaborating with plant management to ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, attendance logs, and compliance documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
- Generating reports on HR metrics, compliance issues, and employee performance to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with the safety team to enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and promote a culture of safety among employees.
- Ensuring adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards within the plant.
- Managing the performance review process, setting objectives, and providing support for employees’ career development.
- Overseeing office administration, including facilities management, vendor relations, and budgeting for administrative expenses.
