Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Post Graduate Diploma in HRM/Compliance will get preference.

Experience

  • 8 to 10 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age 35 to 55 years
  • Good Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Labor Rules 2015.
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit.
  • Must have proficiency in written and oral communication both in English & Bangla.
  • Candidate should have strong analytical & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • To be responsible for the day to day operations of Compliance Department.
  • To support various stakeholders regarding compliance issues, solve problems and help them to prepare corrective action plans (CAP) based on external, internal, first party & third party audit.
  • To make internal audit plan, conduct internal audit and time to time report to the top management regarding the improvement of system.
  • To prepare & organize the factories according to buyer’s standard.
  • To perform day to day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment & handling grievance according to labor law.
  • To arrange, conduct & process employees recruitment & selection as per recruitment & selection policy & procedure and ensure a fair recruitment is followed.
  • Responsible for implementation of QMS (ISO 9001), EMS (14001), OHSAS 18001 & SA8000/Sedex certification works.
  • Responsible for implementation and continuation of IFC guidelines regarding EHS.
  • Responsible for develop, implement & monitor occupational health and safety policy, programs & procedure.
  • Conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, root cause analysis, arrange management review, ensure corrective actions, continuous monitoring, ensure continual improvement as a part of various management system.
  • Face external compliance audit (compliance audits and various management system audit) as management representatives.
  • Provide training to internal auditors and also conduct training for all level employees regarding QMS, EMS, OHSAS and other management system.
  • Play vital role of various activities & monitor HR functions like policy development, employee orientation, performance appraisal, contribute in training programs, welfare of employees and day to day HR activities.
  • Collect data and keep in file of SEDEX, BSCI, Higg FSLM, Higg FEM, ISO 9001, & ISO 14001 and other social & environmental audits.
  • Implement COC of various buyers discussing with superior.
