Requirements

Education

  • BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed institution.

Experience

  • The applicants should have experience in Knit Composite Garments.
  • Working experience in HR, Administration & Compliance with large garments industry.
  • Good knowledge about BLL 2006, relevant local law and Buyer COC, electrical audit, fire safety audit & building safety audit, BNBC, NFPA.
  • Fair knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, C-TPAT, Environmental issues.
  • Strong leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
  • Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.

Job Location:

Factory – Bhabanipur Gazipur

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure recruitment, selection & placement of required workers & non-management staffs as per approved HRP.
  • Prepare RRF (Recruitment Request Form) for required management staff as per approval.
  • HRP coordination with respective department & make sure the placement within deadline.
  • Ensure report preparation for pay & compensation.
  • Handle grievances in a prescribed manner and ensure employees’ motivation to achieve optimum desired output.
  • Conduct performance appraisal of workers and non-management staff as per guidelines.
  • Work on people development & increase performance level of employees.
  • Prepare PAF (Performance Appraisal Form) of management staffs as per existing practice coordinating with the respective department within schedule.
  • Maintain employee separation procedure (final settlement bill, exit interview & payment) is done as per guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly HR Functional plan and always pursue Betterment.
  • Ensure the safety and security, compliance and welfare of the factory.
  • Keep the factory ready for any type of audit/visit (Social Compliance Audit, Chemical/Environment Management Audit, OHSAS Audit, ACCORD Audit, General Security Verification Audit & QMS/Technical Audit) and prepare & implement CAP (Corrective Action Plan) within deadline.
  • Ensure good housekeeping and existing firefighting arrangement of the factory according to all legal requirements & perform with the management for necessary remedial action if required.
  • Ensure administrative and logistics support for uninterrupted administrative operation, production, and shipment delivery.
  • Clear concept on team management and development.
  • Any other task given by management.
