Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare factory for BETTER WORK, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, SCAN, FSLM, RSC audit.
- Prepare performance data analysis for H&M.
- Conduct internal audit as per ISO 9001 & 14001 standard.
- Handle grievances in a prescribed manner.
- Prepare training calendar and conduct training as per the compliance requirement.
- Any other job assigned by the management.
