Responsibilities & Context

1. Strategic HR Management:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

• Plan and oversee the HR budget.

2.Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Design and execute recruitment processes to attract top talent.

• Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning.

3.Employee Relations and Engagement:

• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.

• Address employee grievances and mediate disputes when necessary.

4.Performance Management:

• Implement performance appraisal systems to enhance productivity.

• Provide coaching and training for employee growth and development.

5.Compliance and Policies:

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.

• Update and maintain the employee handbook and company policies.

6.Learning and Development:

• Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees.

• Identify and address organizational learning gaps.

7.HR Operations:

• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processesAdministrative Management:

1.Office Administration:

• Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment.

• Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, including facility management and vendor contracts.

2.Budgeting and Cost Management:

• Prepare and manage budgets for HR and administrative functions.

• Optimize administrative expenses and resources.

3.Record Keeping and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate employee records and administrative documentation.

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive data.4.      Crisis and Safety Management:

• Oversee workplace safety and compliance with health regulations.

• Plan and manage emergency response procedures.
