- HR & Human resources-related Diploma or training degrees will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare and implement HR policies and procedures as per management guidelines.
- Prepare HR budget, Manpower budget, Manpower planning as per requirement.
- Develop, implement, follow up & review employees JD &KPI annually.
- Develop and implement effective performance management system.
- Monitor Disciplinary actions & effectiveness departmental enquiry & grievance
- Follow up employee’s compensation & benefits.
- The applicants must have sound knowledge in the Bangladesh Labor Law and latest amendment made on Labor Law.
- Manage & oversee Talent Acquisition process within scheduled deadline.
- Ensure appropriate employee on boarding program are managed well.
- Ensure the Training and Development Program are appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills and health and safety programs
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Manpower planning and handling entire recruitment procedure, job advertisement, review, screening of application and finalizing the process of appointment.
- Assist line manager in disciplinary action management and grievance handling. Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and Arrange training according to TNA.
- Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic approach on Human Resource Development and ensure the effective implementation of operational plan.
- Advice, guide and support the Executive Team in adopting best HR Practice across the Organization;
- Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues.
- Ensure all HR Services tasks are done on time and without interruption.
- Providing regular feedback to Reporting Authority about current situation/status.
