Requirements

Education

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • A Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM will be considered an added advantage.
  • Candidates with relevant certifications in Labor Law, HR Analytics, or Organizational Development are preferred.

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Telecommunication, Manpower Recruitment, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 35 years
  • Preferably from a reputed organization or within a BPO/contact center environment.
  • Candidate should have experience in recruitment and onboarding

Responsibilities & Context

Synergy Business Solution is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations. This role is crucial in supporting our dynamic, fast-paced contact center environment by ensuring strategic alignment of HR functions with company goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, driving engagement, ensuring compliance, and creating a people-first workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure accurate and updated job descriptions across departments.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees to resolve grievances professionally.
  • Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct exit interviews and implement retention-focused improvements.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee reviews.
  • Coach managers on performance goals and conflict management.
  • Design and manage fair, competitive compensation structures.
  • Coordinate accurate and timely payroll processes.
  • Monitor market trends to maintain attractive benefit offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Laws and internal policies.
  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain process integrity and legal compliance.
  • Align HR practices with company strategy to support operational goals.
  • Provide strategic HR input to senior leadership.
  • Analyze HR data to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Maintain organized employee records and HRIS systems.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to management.
  • Manage the HR budget and optimize resources efficiently.
