Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist departments in complying with standards (with all types of legal and buyers requirement) and provide consultation, support guidelines and and technical assistant on matters related to workplace standard or compliance.
  • Follow / check / audit that whole employment procedure and practices are being maintained properly as per policy and records / reports / formats, statements / rank and files (personal file) relation to whole range of staffing including promotion increment transfer separation etc. are properly prepared, issued, updated and maintained.
  • Coordinate/monitor manpower requirement as per approved manpower plan and subsequent recruitment, selection and placement.
  • Monitor that all Job Contract / Appointment Letters for new hires are properly made, issued, filed and updated timely as per recruitment policy.
  • Implement and carryout an effective and timely performance appraised of workers and staffs especially of new staffs and workers.
  • Identify redundant and poor performing workers/staffs, identify promising workers/staffs and apprise for action.
  • Verify/coordinate all recommendations in connection with individual department’s recruitment, selection, placement, promotion, increment and separation cases.
  • Ensure that all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) issues including factory layout, availability of all facilities designed properly and kept always in compliant.
  • Supervise / ensure that Health & Fire Safety issues as per in house check list are properly and timely restored as in compliant.
  • Ensure that no force employment in the factory and employment of no child / young looking workers are made.
  • Ensure non decimation in course of employment, paying / providing wages / salary / benefits /facilities / welfare.
  • Participate in all types of routine employee disciplinary matters and I.R / Labor Relations matters.
  • Coordinate employee counseling and motivation program in regards to absenteeism, turn over, general rules & regulations of the factory, employment terms & conditions, work place code of conduct and productivity improvement.
