• Must have complete IE knowledge
• Strong leadership, team management, problem solving & multi -tasking skill.
• Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time frame.

Responsibilities & Context

• Plan and manage capacity, efficiency, and productivity improvements to support company goals.
• Establish and implement long-term and short-term strategies to drive performance improvement and manufacturing process.
• Set, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to efficiency, productivity, and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including production, planning, and quality to align operational targets.
• Support top management with data-driven insights and reports for decision-making and strategic planning.
•  Identify process bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions to improve line balancing, throughput, and cost control.
• Evaluate factory layouts and recommend enhancements to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
