Possess comprehensive technical knowledge in production planning and control.
Lead, manage, optimize manpower and equipment capacity to ensure maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimal wastage.
Supervise the IE team from head office to enhance productivity and balance production processes to achieve optimal capacity utilization.
Identify deviations in production plans and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Analyze and establish KPI along with necessary improvement and correction.
Drive sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the production process.
Analyze key operational and cost metrics, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and improved profitability.
Provide leadership and mentorship to key employees, promoting best practices and enhancing performance efficiency.
Evaluate worker performance, review operator skill levels, and implement corrective training as necessary.
Coordinate closely with Marketing teams to align production, lead times and shipment schedules with pricing strategies.
Perform any other task assigned by the management.
