Must be familiar with modern garments factory practices.
Sound knowledge on cost reduction & control.

Responsibilities & Context

The position is Head Office based but will have frequent factory visit.
Analyze, control, and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures, and practices.
Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement.
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with the Company policies, and determine staffing needs.
Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
Set up every day’s standard input ratio & create sensitivity to workers about new methods systematically in respect of garment manufacturing.
Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
Ensure Proper Method & Time Study.
Ensure Proper line balancing & confirm daily line-wise production target.
Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meeting with merchandising, marketing & Production people to achieve production target as per order planning.
Building relationship with merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.
Continuous upgradation SMV DATA BANK for best operation /process to enhance business productivity.
Finalized best sewing & finishing SMV to make optimum utilization balancing paper layout & workstation layout.
Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
Implementation & Monitoring Input Supermarket process, procedure to maintain standard WIP with KANBAN card concept.
Follow Up & Monitoring TNA Swatch cut to finished goods.
Track and monitor factory operation & bottleneck point and taking initiative to solve it for smooth production flow.
Coordinate production workflow & all supportive activities to achieve the business goal.
Implementation KAIZEN concept in Shop floor by weekly continuous improvement program.
Manage All Factories IE staffs always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give a quick solution for a smooth operation.
Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on-time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
Any other task provided by the top management.
