Evaluate the cost, delivery, and product performance of the manufacturing of clothing.
Plan to maintain track of factory maintenance to make sure all the equipment is operating correctly.
Ensure setting a style and assigning similarities in the manufacturing plan.
Maintaining industrial productivity while considering thread utilization and waste with appropriate consumptions.
Managing the production team to increase short-term productivity and quality in order to generate the desired number of hours at the intended efficiency.
Helping the IE head implement an effectiveness tracking system to evaluate employees Follow the department’s daily reports and operations.
Maintain the production, productivity, and shipment of the plant. Ensure all employees’ development and training.
