In-depth understanding of health data management and information systems with strong technical proficiency in configuring and maintaining healthcare data infrastructure for HIS.
Candidate should have vast experience as a Developer and Programmer.
Understanding of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), telemedicine solutions, and other healthcare-specific technologies.
Expertise in managing hardware, software, networks, and data security solutions.
Ability to plan, execute, and monitor IT projects effectively.
Ability to develop and implement a long-term ICT strategy aligned with the hospital’s goals.
Ability to stay up to date with emerging technologies and adapt to changing IT landscapes.

Develop and implement a comprehensive ICT strategy aligned with the hospital’s overall vision and mission.
Oversee the management and maintenance of the hospital’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, and data security.
Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations regarding data privacy, cybersecurity, and healthcare IT standards.
Identify and mitigate potential IT risks associated with cyber threats, data breaches, and system failures.
Lead the ICT department in providing efficient and reliable technology services to support patient care, administrative operations, and research activities.
Provide technical support to all hospital employees.
Implement and maintain a robust security framework to protect the hospital’s IT infrastructure and patient data.
Manage and maintain electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other critical healthcare applications.
Provide training and support to all hospital employees on new technologies.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT asset management, procurement, and disposal.
Develop and maintain incident response plans to address IT security incidents effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal integration of technology into hospital operations.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
