Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the daily IT operations of the hotel, ensuring all systems, hardware, and software are functioning efficiently.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, security, and cloud services.
  • Support the integration of IT systems for hotel management, including property management systems (PMS), point of sale (POS), and guest services technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure technological needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update the hotel’s website, social media platforms, and online booking systems.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented and followed, including data protection protocols.
  • Train hotel staff on the use of IT systems and software to ensure smooth operations.
