Responsibilities & Context

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with senior management to align organizational objectives and priorities.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Work on the development and management of budgets, including forecasting future financial needs and resource requirements.
  • Project Planning: Coordinate the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that timelines, resources, and deliverables are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the success of plans and projects, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Data & Delay Analysis: Analyze relevant data & delays, market trends, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and improve the effectiveness of planning processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with different departments and teams to gather input, share information, and ensure a coordinated approach to planning efforts.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently to support the successful implementation of plans and projects.
  • Compliance: Ensure that planning activities adhere to relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.
  • Billing Process: Managing the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
