Additional Requirements

  • At least 5 years practical experience in international Sales and Marketing
  • Proven experience in international marketing and relationship management, preferably in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of international markets, cultural differences, and business practices.
  • Computer Literacy Fluency in English speaking and writing Skilled on Computer Operating.
  • Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Assist in the drafting and review of official letter, legal documents, contracts, and agreements as needed.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for marketing analytics and project management.

Job Description:

As an International Marketing and Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth in international markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and regional marketing teams to understand market dynamics, identify target segments, and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities & Context:

  • Making proper strategies to drive business growth in international markets.
  • Develop comprehensive international marketing strategies considering diverse cultures, economies, and market trends.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and anticipate shifts. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing approaches.
  • Drive international expansion by developing market-entry plans, establishing partnerships, and negotiating agreements to penetrate new markets successfully.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders. Serve as primary point of contact, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Lead client acquisition and retention efforts. Develop personalized strategies to exceed client expectations, driving satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, and finance) to align international marketing with business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives for efficiency.
  • Oversee international marketing campaign creation and implementation across digital, print, and event channels. Monitor performance and optimize strategies for desired outcomes.
  • Manage international marketing budget effectively. Allocate resources efficiently for maximum ROI. Monitor expenditures, track financial performance, and make data-driven decisions for optimal budget allocation.
  • Monitor international marketing KPIs. Analyze performance data, generate insightful reports, and present findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with international marketing regulations. Identify and mitigate risks effectively with contingency plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in international marketing. Enhance skills through training and networking for continuous professional development.
