Responsibilities & Context
– Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, focusing on systems critical to garment production and logistics.
– Ensure the secure operation of servers, networks, and data storage, and conduct regular security checks.
– Support the ERP system for inventory and production management tailored to RMG requirements.
– Troubleshoot IT issues impacting production lines, responding to immediate technical needs.
– Develop IT training sessions to enhance employees’ technical skills.
