Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology

• Training on IT Infrastructure & System Management.
• Training on KORMEE/ERP System.
• Certification on Cybersecurity.
• Cloud Computing etc.

Experience

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  IT Enabled Service, Garments

Additional Requirements

• Proficiency in system administration, network management and troubleshooting.

• Strong Knowledge of ERP systems, IT infrastructure, and cyber security.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technology applications.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objective.
• Analyses the company’s technology need and propose upgrades and solutions.
• Lead the ERP Logic software implementation team.
• Plan and manage the IT budget effectively.
• Save cost by proper utilization of Hardware/equipment. (Including reducing damage expenses)
• Maintain System unavailability (Internet) within a limit.
• Ensure Service uptime of Servers: Mail, Attendance, File Backup, DB Backup, Webserver.
• Maintain all aspects of KORMEE and other ERP Software for smooth run.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system and reliability of all IT Systems.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software and networks.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards.
• Lead the IT support team to resolve technical issue for end-users.
• Ensure timely maintenance and updates of IT systems.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with IT vendors and service providers.
• Provide training to employee on software application(if needed).
• Any other task assigned by the management.
